The final months of the academic year at Chanderbala Modi Academy were filled with gratitude, reflection, academic triumphs, cultural pride, and heartfelt farewells. From cutting-edge achievements in Artificial Intelligence to soulful cultural performances, CMA ended the year with milestones that blended learning, creativity, and celebration.

Principal’s Corner – Reflections and Gratitude
Principal Mr. Ramjee Nagarajan expressed deep appreciation for the collective journey of the year—honouring achievements, encouraging perseverance, and reminding parents of the power of presence and respect in shaping children’s values. His reflections highlighted the importance of courtesy, consistency, and learning by example.

Major Achievements & Academic Excellence

IIT Madras Certification in Data Science & AI – Grade XI and XII students completed a prestigious 8-week program, with several scoring above 90%, showcasing their diligence and aptitude in emerging technologies.

GeoLab 2024 National Contest – CMA students secured top honours with their project on coastal erosion, proving their scientific curiosity and innovation at the national stage.

Alumnus Talk on AI – IITian and UC Irvine PhD scholar, Mr. Prakhar Srivastava, inspired students and parents with insights into Artificial Intelligence, its real-world impact, and the need for strong foundations in science and mathematics.

Events & Celebrations

Jñāna Maṅgalam Ceremonies – Grades X and XII received blessings, encouragement, and admit cards in solemn and heartfelt ceremonies, marking an important milestone before their board exams.

Farewell 2025 – Grade XI students bid an emotional adieu to their seniors with performances, speeches, and tokens of love, while teachers blessed the outgoing class with words of resilience and hope.

INTACH Film-It Workshop – CMA filmmakers won awards in categories like Best Narration, Best Documentary, and Best Visuals, highlighting creativity and cultural awareness.

SPIC MACAY Classical Baithak – Dr. Janki Mithaiwala’s soulful Hindustani recital enriched students’ understanding of India’s classical heritage.

Aarambhotsav – Kindergarten Graduation – A milestone celebration with performances, handcrafted mementoes, and a special book launch (A Tale from Dibang Valley), graced by eminent educationists and anthropologists.

At CMA, February and March 2025 were a celebration of knowledge, culture, creativity, and community spirit—closing the academic year with pride, gratitude, and inspiration for new beginnings.
