About the Role:
Chanderbala Modi Academy is seeking a proactive and highly organised Assistant Manager – Administration, Logistics & Procurement to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, admissions support, procurement activities, logistics coordination, fee-related follow-up, and general school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

• Support school administration and operational activities.
• Coordinate documentation, records management, and compliance requirements.
• Assist management in implementing institutional policies and procedures.

Logistics & Procurement

• Manage procurement of school materials, stationery, laboratory items, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate transportation, logistics, and operational support services.

Admissions & Finance Support

• Assist in student admissions and parent interactions.
• Coordinate fee collection follow-up and related administrative processes.
• Support the accounts department with documentation and routine operational tasks.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in school administration or institutional operations.
• NCC with C certificate will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital record management.
• Excellent English communication skills.

2. Post Graduate Psychology Teacher

About the Role:
CMA seeks a highly reflective and student-centred Psychology Educator who can deliver conceptually rich lessons, integrate research-based pedagogies, and foster analytical, reflective, and empathetic thinking among senior secondary learners.
The teacher must design structured learning modules rooted in psychological theories, cognitive processes, and behavioural science, while guiding students through case studies, experiments, and real-life applications.
As a School Counsellor, the candidate must offer compassionate guidance, socio-emotional support, and career counselling, ensuring student well-being through proactive interventions, individual sessions, and developmental programmes.

Holistic School Responsibilities:

Academic

• Teach Psychology to Classes XI–XII with conceptual clarity and pedagogical depth.
• Incorporate inquiry-driven learning, experiential tasks, and reflective discussions.
• Integrate digital tools, psychological assessments, and evidence-based methodologies.

Counselling & Well-being

• Teach Biology to Classes IX–XII with strong conceptual clarity.
• Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive examinations.
• Design worksheets, practical activities, projects, and assessments.

Laboratory & Practical Work
