“Teachers are the backbone of any country, the pillar upon which all aspirations are converted into realities.” — A. P. J. Abdul Kalam
On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, Raman House conducted a special assembly on 5th September 2024 to honour and celebrate the contribution of teachers in shaping the lives of students. The assembly was skilfully anchored by Dhruv Mani and Anushka Sharma, who led the program with confidence and grace. Their engaging presence kept the audience attentive throughout the assembly.
The assembly began with a serene prayer song by Jency and Dwiti Borad, creating a peaceful and reflective atmosphere. A heartfelt tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was led by our esteemed Principal Sir, Vice Principal Ma’am, and all the coordinators, who gathered to honour the legacy of a great scholar and visionary. Following the prayer, Hardy Soliya introduced the “Word of the Day,” providing insight into its meaning and usage. Juhi Bharati then presented the “Thought of the Day,” which focused on the significance of teachers and their lifelong impact on students’ lives.
Aashi Pujara took the stage to deliver the news, sharing the latest updates with clarity and precision. The highlight of the assembly was a thought-provoking skit performed by students, depicting the evolution of teaching methods from the past to the present. The skit effectively showcased the timeless respect and gratitude students hold for their teachers, no matter the changes in the education system.
